Policy and Procedures

The policy and procedures manual serves as the procedural guide for implementing all tasks and functions of the chapter as authorized by the chapter constitution and bylaws.

Agenda and Minutes

Monthly chapter meetings are recorded, transcribed and entered into the permanent chapter archive. Transcribed minutes are available upon written request. The agenda and minutes from monthly chapter meetings for the current term are available for review and printing by clicking appropriate link approximately one week after the chapter meeting. Minutes from prior terms are available upon written request.

Chapter Meeting Minutes will be available on or after February 1. 2018. In the meantime financial members may  request a copy of the minutes in writing by letter or email to
